Pre-Natal is intended for pregnant women. but can be enjoyable for anyone. In a prenatal session bolstering can be adjusted for side-lying and semi-recumbent positions so that the weight of the baby is not compressing the spine. We use unscented and hypoallergenic products for all sessions!
